Your Role

As a Retail Sales Representative, you will have the autonomy to steer your career in one of our retail locations. Your unique talents and passion for technology will enable you to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers in discovering products and solutions that enhance their daily lives.
  • Building personal connections to simplify technology for customers.
  • Driving sales through your enthusiasm for innovative technology.
  • Ensuring customers quickly enjoy their new products by providing comprehensive support.
  • Thriving in a team-oriented compensation structure.
  • Contributing to store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Providing support to nearby Verizon locations as needed.

This position offers full-time benefits, including medical, dental, 401k, educational assistance, and employee discounts from day one. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, along with the willingness to take on additional shifts during peak periods.

What We Seek

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
  • A commitment to work 32-40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A readiness to work extra shifts during busy seasons.

Preferred Qualifications

It would be advantageous if you possess:

  • An associate's degree.
  • Experience in customer service and/or sales.
