The QuikTrip Corporation is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to fill the role of Relief/Night Assistant Manager.

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

In this critical support position, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our stores meet QuikTrip's high standards of store operations. As a Relief/Night Assistant Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee store activities during late-night hours, providing support to our shift team members and guaranteeing seamless execution of daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relations

You will maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns, resolving issues promptly, and consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Merchandising

Ensure accurate and attractive product displays, maintain store appearance, and coordinate visual merchandising efforts to drive sales growth.

Store Appearance

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, adhering to QuikTrip's high standards and striving for excellence in every aspect of store operations.

Business Operations

Oversee and manage all aspects of business operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and financial reporting.

Employee Support

Foster a positive work environment, providing guidance, coaching, and training to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is highly preferred.

Experience

At least 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

Skills

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools is essential.
