Job Summary:

The Senior Executive Support Professional will be an integral part of our Executive team, providing high-level administrative support to our CEO and other senior leaders. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and experience in executive support.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage complex schedules for senior executives, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, media engagements, and events.
  • Prepare detailed agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
  • Handle internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses and prioritization.
  • Project Coordination & Execution:
  • Assist in planning and executing key initiatives such as product launches, activations, and collaborations.
  • Coordinate timelines, track deliverables, and facilitate communication between departments and external partners.
  • Operational Management & Reporting:
  • Compile insights and reports from multiple departments to inform decision-making.
  • Build and format presentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Maintain key documents, calendars, and tracking systems for seasonal planning, merchandising initiatives, and product roadmaps.
  • PR and Media Relations:
  • Coordinate media appearances and interviews for senior executives, preparing briefing documents and talking points.
  • Assist in drafting press releases, statements, and public-facing communication on behalf of senior leaders.
  • Event Planning & Logistics:
  • Coordinate involvement of senior executives in activations and collaborative events with various partners.
  • Travel and Event Support:
  • Travel with senior executives domestically and internationally as needed, providing on-the-ground support during key events and meetings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Google Workspace and presentation tools.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and compile reports from multiple departments to support decision-making.
  • Familiarity with PR practices, media coordination, and public relations tools.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Willingness to learn and use AI tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
