Physical Therapist/Patient Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team as a Patient Care Manager. This is a unique opportunity to learn and take on the day-to-day management responsibilities of our center, with the goal of transitioning to Center Manager within six months to a year.
About the RoleAs a Physical Therapist/Patient Care Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily management and supervision of services at our assigned clinic location. You will serve as a rehabilitation specialist and staff mentor, facilitating team dynamics and state-of-the-art facility functions. You will also be involved in the organization and community to help grow the business.

- Facilitate team dynamics and state-of-the-art facility functions
- Be involved in the organization and community to help grow the business
- Responsible for staff management and financial management of the outpatient clinic
- Identify key indicators and impact them
- Communicate with Center Manager on an on-going basis providing updates on patient care, budget achievement and staffing issues
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required
- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
