We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a Patient Care Manager at SSM Health Physical Therapy. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outpatient clinic, ensuring exceptional patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Assist with the daily management and supervision of services at assigned clinic location, including staff management and financial management.
- Rehabilitation Specialist: Serve as a rehabilitation specialist and staff mentor, facilitating team dynamics and state-of-the-art facility functions.
- Business Development: Be involved in the organization and the community to help grow the business, identifying key indicators and impacting them.
- Communication: Communicate with Center Manager on an on-going basis providing updates on patient care, budget achievement, and staffing issues.
- Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy required.
- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
