About the Role

Hensel Phelps is seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer to join our team. As a Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project layout and surveying in accordance with design and contract documents
  • Quality control and site safety initiatives
  • Coordination of trade partners and direction of workforces
  • Material deliveries and inspections
  • Assistance with interpretation of plans and specifications
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in Civil, Structural, Architecture, or Construction Management
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel-based templates, Prolog, Primavera, and AutoDesk Suite
