**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading land development projects from concept to completion.

**Responsibilities**

* Lead and manage land development projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and budgets
* Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors
* Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project coordinators

**Requirements**

* 10-20 years of experience in land development and site development
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
* Professional Engineer (PE) license in California is strongly preferred
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
* Project management experience
* Design experience
