Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service consistently.
  • Experience in espresso bar service is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of retail experience is required.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Capability to remain composed in fast-paced and high-pressure situations.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing work hours based on business needs.
  • Eagerness to learn new recipes and techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.

Compensation:
