Evening Shift RN Supervisor Opportunity

Ridgewood Center in Bedford, NH is seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team on the evening shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure efficient and effective nursing care delivery.
  • Lead and guide the clinical operations of the nursing units, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff and coordinating with other departments.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
