Job Title: RN Supervisor

Join our team at Ridgewood Center in Bedford, NH as a RN Supervisor. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our nursing team and provide exceptional patient care.

Job Summary:

The RN Supervisor will be responsible for leading the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations. This role will also facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff, and coordinating with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations
  • Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes
  • Mentor staff and coordinate with other departments
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing
