Full Time Weekend RN Supervisor

The Elms Center in Milford, NH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and achieving positive clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff and minimize the use of overtime and agency personnel.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, mentorship, and employee development.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience, with a minimum of two years in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity.
  • BSN preferred, with current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.
