Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Project Scope: Ensure accurate project scope and prepare estimates for restoration projects using mobile devices and proprietary software.
  • Negotiate Project Approval: Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate, guaranteeing alignment with company standards.
  • Coordinate Crews: Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects, including subcontractors, ensuring timely completion.
  • Review Job Site Documentation: Review job site documentation to support services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process are met.
  • Maintain Written Communication: Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Manage Production Expenses: Manage production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets, to optimize company resources.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Manage Customer Experience: Manage the customer and client experience, tracking customer satisfaction through online reviews and feedback.
  • Prioritize Customer Response: Provide priority response to potential customers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Teammate Development: Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates to enhance company capabilities.
Position Requirements:
  • Valid Driver’s License: Possess a valid driver’s license to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
  • Management Experience: Hold at least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience, with a strong focus on team leadership.
  • Industry Expertise: Possess at least 3 years of industry experience, with a deep understanding of restoration processes and best practices.
  • IICRC Certifications: Preference is given to candidates with IICRC certifications, although not mandatory.
Skills and Physical Demands:
  • Lifting and Mobility: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Repetitive Tasks: Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects, ensuring efficient project execution.
  • Cleaning Agents: Ability to work with and around cleaning agents, adhering to company safety protocols.
  • Background Check: Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.
