- Management Experience: Hold at least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience, with a strong focus on team leadership.
- Industry Expertise: Possess at least 3 years of industry experience, with a deep understanding of restoration processes and best practices.
- IICRC Certifications: Preference is given to candidates with IICRC certifications, although not mandatory.
- Lifting and Mobility: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Physical Demands: Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Repetitive Tasks: Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects, ensuring efficient project execution.
- Cleaning Agents: Ability to work with and around cleaning agents, adhering to company safety protocols.
- Background Check: Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.
