This role involves preparing bids for both public and private heavy civil projects across various regions. Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of estimating experience in underground and water infrastructure construction.

- Proficiency in bid software such as HCSS Heavy Bid, InEight, or Bid2Win is required.
