Job Title: Marketing Operations Manager

ReSound is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our North American team. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of our marketing strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction for Marketing Operations to ensure alignment to departmental and overall business goals.
  • Oversee the print and digital content lifecycle, including the implementation of fulfillment portal systems, creation of process documentation, and development of training materials, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance by owning the management of creation protocols that adhere to the regulations of our industry and company procedures.
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement to optimize system and process efficiency in collaboration with key cross-functional and global stakeholders.
  • Monitor and proactively work to keep projects within budget while providing strategic insights for cost optimization.
  • Drive mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external agency partners to create and produce materials in alignment with our brand guidelines and high-quality expectations.

  • Demonstrated capability of leading, motivating, and developing team members.
  • Positive team player with excellent organization, time management, and task management skills.
  • Ability to take initiative while working independently and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Exceptional analytic, decision-making, and problem-solving skills driven by a strong sense of ethics and pragmatism.
  • Proven track record of working on multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
  • Skilled communicator building interpersonal relationships at all levels to achieve collective success.
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks and oversee execution with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with core Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Familiarity with and implementation of Project Management Tools such as Asana.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a team.
  • Experience working in marketing operations, print & fulfillment, or related field.
  • Experience working with Hearing Aids or other medical devices is a plus.
  • Experience, training, and/or certifications specializing in continuous improvement and process engineering are a bonus.
