Job Description

At Continua Interiors, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager, Client Solutions, to lead and manage our bid and proposal operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring high-quality and competitive bids that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a proposal and marketing strategy that aligns with Continua's business objectives and market positioning.
  • Analyze bid requirements and develop winning strategies tailored to each opportunity.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.
  • Coordinate with various departments (sales, marketing, design) to gather and integrate necessary information.
  • Review and refine proposal content to ensure clarity, persuasiveness, and alignment with client needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a strategic marketing role. Advanced degree or certification in proposal management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in bid and proposal management, with a track record of successful proposal submissions.
  • Experience in furniture, interior design, or related industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on quality.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and experience in creating visual assets and branding materials.
  • Proficiency in software and tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, MS Office, and Monday.com.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple proposals simultaneously and meet deadlines.
