Job Title: Business Sales Representative

Ritter Communications Holdings, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new business leads, and develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure you are always positioned to meet customer needs.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product and marketing teams, to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Travel to customer sites, industry events, and other locations as required to build relationships and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven sales experience in the telecommunications or information technology industries, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
