As a Staffing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the scheduling of our nurses and healthcare staff, ensuring optimal staffing levels to support the care needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain nurse and healthcare staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
  • Monitor and update schedules based on staff availability, time-off requests, and other factors.
  • Foster a positive work environment, focusing on staff satisfaction and retention through excellent scheduling practices.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare staffing or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software or systems is a plus.
