About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate various projects within our organization. As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of programs, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of programs
  • Monitor and track program progress, identifying any issues and implementing corrective actions
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear and open lines of communication
  • Conduct regular status meetings and prepare reports to update senior management on program performance
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
  • Manage program risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management in an industrial engineering or research & development setting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven work history of creating technically accurate and high-quality documentation
  • Proficient in project management tools and software
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Preferred Skills or Experience
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of battery products is extremely helpful

USD $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 /Yr.
