About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to partner with a global leader in the retail sector. As a key member of the IT team, you will be responsible for designing scalable technology solutions that align with business goals and IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align architecture with business goals (speed, scalability, reliability) and ensure compliance with standards
  • Enhance models using domain-driven design and promote organization-wide adoption
  • Develop execution plans for solution designs and collaborate with stakeholders for consistent implementation
  • Influence strategies by aligning IT capabilities with business objectives
  • Provide technical expertise, training, and clear communication to stakeholders on impacts
  • Contribute to IT strategy, propose innovative solutions, and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitiveness
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience in Performance Engineering, enterprise system design, and integration
  • Experience in SDLC (Agile, Waterfall), SOA, and architecture principles
  • Strong skills in Virtualization, Cloud, APIs, Microservices, and Automation
  • Experience in Project Management, Architecture Governance, and Cost Optimization
  • Proven ability to optimize performance, resolve bottlenecks, and implement KPIs
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Change Management and Domain expertise
