  • Compensation: $20/hour
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare outgoing mail with precision
  • Safely operate commercial printing, folding, and metering equipment
  • Scan and upload documents and faxes efficiently
  • Identify and resolve recurring issues while implementing minor policy adjustments in a tailored software application
  • Work independently, recognizing tasks that require attention and executing them effectively
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, typing skills, and 10-key usage
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administrative roles, or mailroom operations preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
