Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our team at HealthCare Support. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality patient care services in a retail clinic environment. Your expertise will be invaluable in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients aged 18 months and above. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, evidence-based care delivery. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively document patient care and treatment plans using a computerized electronic health record system. Responsibilities:
Provide patient care services independently in a retail clinic environment
Perform accurate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients aged 18 months and above
Manage health problems and develop disposition plans for patients
Offer health counseling and education to patients
Work in collaboration with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals
Ensure care delivery aligns with holistic, evidence-based practices
Document all patient care and treatment plans using a computerized electronic health record system

Requirements:
DEA registration must be started at the time of offer (reimbursed through the ACT Program)
NP license in the state of Oklahoma
1+ year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
Completion of a Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role required

$73.00 an hour
