We are seeking an experienced Contact Center QA Manager to join our team at SysMind Tech. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans for Contact Center scenarios, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements, analyzing and reporting on test results to inform business decisions, and continuously improving testing processes and methodologies to enhance quality and efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • ">
  • 5+ years of experience in Contact Center Testing with a focus on IVR, CRM, and Genesys/Genesys Cloud">
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment">
  • Strong knowledge of SQL queries and ability to write complex queries">
  • Familiarity with Cyara Automation tool and experience in automating IVR flows">
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field">

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
