Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Triple-D. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in connecting America by providing direct supervision and coordination for our FTTH project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of projects and plans supporting our long-term FTTH strategy
  • Supervise day-to-day activities and project progress, establishing administrative guidance on project execution and ensuring compliance with predetermined project deliverables
  • Ensure adherence to project budgets and provide updates on monthly variance reports
  • Identify and course-correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve
  • Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues
  • Supervise staff to ensure our FTTH activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently, and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards
Requirements
  • 5 or more years of progressive Telecommunications construction experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • May have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related industry, or advanced training in the field
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD/Microstation drafting software
  • May have working knowledge of Geographic Information Systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs
  • May have 1 or more years of personnel and functional leadership experience and/or project management experience
