Nursing Department Director

The Alden Network is seeking a skilled Nursing Department Director to oversee the daily operations of our Nursing Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the overall operation of the department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as facility policies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained.
- Supervise and direct nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Requirements:
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of one (1) year nursing administration experience.
- Current CPR certificate or willingness to obtain within two weeks of employment.
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
- Ability to make independent decisions and work harmoniously with personnel.
