Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct surveys, analyses, and reports to optimize customer journeys and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:
  • Currently studying business administration, business informatics, media and communication sciences, or a similar field
  • Passion for numbers and data analysis
  • First experience in market research and user research
  • Strong sense of quality and love for data
  • Analytical skills, quick grasp, and ability to work independently
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent communication skills
