We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Representative to join our team at Morristown Medical Center. As a key member of our Food and Nutrition Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meal Service Delivery: Portion, assemble, and deliver meals to patients in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to prescribed diet orders and maintaining attention to detail to ensure patient safety.
  • General Kitchen Tasks: Perform various kitchen tasks, including sanitation, to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; valid working papers required for candidates 16 or 17 years old.
  • Qualifications: Must be able to read, write, and speak English; able to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Experience: Previous experience in healthcare food service or high-volume dining preferred.
