Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in an employer-based clinic setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in occupational health and be able to provide excellent acute episodic care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior clinical care and customer service to clients and employees
- Treat injuries and illnesses following Evidence Based Medicine standards
- Build and maintain internal team relationships
- Collaborate with client professionals in health, safety and environmental practices
- Document and manage information using state-of-the-art EMR and other tools
Requirements
- Valid unrestricted Illinois licensure
- Current DEA & BLS certifications
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR software
- Positive and outgoing personality, and be a collaborative team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
