The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering management, with a focus on design and assembly of machinery or equipment, particularly capital equipment. This role will involve leading a team of over 100 and driving excellence in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the design and assembly of machinery and equipment
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business
  • 10+ years of manufacturing or engineering management experience
  • 5+ years of proven leadership experience
  • Experience with ERP software, such as Syteline
  • Knowledge of ASME / BPE Bioprocessing Equipment standards
