About the Role

As a Senior Quality Director at B. Braun Medical Inc., you will be responsible for leading all quality functions within the organization. This includes developing and implementing strategies to ensure that our products and processes meet established quality standards. You will establish or administer an organizational quality management system and monitor progress against strategic quality-related goals. Additionally, you will identify potential quality failures, establish methods for evaluating the quality of raw materials or components, in-progress goods, processes, or operations, and oversee the development and implementation of corrective actions. You will also solicit internal and external feedback to continuously improve processes or products. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
