Key Responsibilities:

The Quality Assurance Specialist will advocate for the implementation of the ManTech Quality Management System (QMS) across assigned projects. This includes adhering to established processes, submitting necessary documentation, and effectively training team members.

You will coordinate and schedule both internal and external audits and evaluations with project personnel. Additionally, you will collaborate with project teams to address corrective actions and findings promptly.

Your participation in gap analyses, audits, and evaluations will be essential, as you support the Quality Management Organization (QMO) in maintaining current metric repositories for each assigned project.

The Quality Assurance Specialist will receive guidance from senior personnel.

Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Four years of experience in position-specific quality management activities.

Physical Requirements:


Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time. This role involves frequent communication with colleagues, management, and clients, which may include delivering presentations.

Accurate information exchange is essential in these interactions. You will consistently operate a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as calculators, copiers, and printers. For positions requiring access to technology or software subject to export control laws, employment is contingent upon verifying U.S. person status or obtaining necessary licenses.
