Role Overview:
As a Cybersecurity Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering essential IT, cybersecurity, network management, video teleconferencing (VTC) solutions, and database oversight within the Aviation Systems Engineering Company. This position is integral to the management and enhancement of advanced missile systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering multiple classified networks to ensure operational integrity.
- Supervising the implementation of systems, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards, and managing IT equipment throughout its lifecycle.
- Overseeing various audiovisual systems that connect across multiple locations.
- Implementing policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive data.
- Acting as the Information System Security Officer, ensuring the protection and integrity of all media types.
- Collaborating with Cybersecurity Directorate (CSD) Security Controls Assessors to integrate DoD cybersecurity directives.
- Flexibility in task assignments based on organizational needs.
- Willingness to adapt working hours as necessary.

Qualifications:
Who You Are:
The ideal candidate will possess the following educational background, skills, and experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in computer systems security, with familiarity with DoD regulations.
- Must hold a DoD IAM-I certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, or HCISPP).
- General understanding of encryption technologies and their integration into wide area networks.
- Previous experience managing Privileged User Accounts for Classified Networks.
- Experience in the role of Data Transfer Agent.
