Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Architecture & Strategy:
  • Drive innovation and encourage others to remain current on emerging technologies and development trends
  • Lead initiatives to improve overall system reliability, scalability, and maintainability
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of APM and CICD processes
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred in Computer Science; or relevant work experience
  • 10+ years of hands-on infrastructure experience with at least 4 years in a technical team leadership role
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience and knowledge working with Application performance tools and CI/CD pipelines
  • Open-minded with proven ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Show up consistently with a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in a highly matrixed, heavily outsourced organization through a combination of influence, partnership, and authority
  • Ability and interest in mentoring technical staff and raising collective technical competencies
  • Ability to manage change and cope with complex and ambiguous situations
  • Broad engineering awareness of the following technical domains and expert technical expertise in at least two of the following areas - Swagger Hub, SonarQube, Jfrog or similar tools
  • Code Repository Management (GIT)
  • Monitoring & Instrumentation Tools (New Relic, Splunk or other APM tools)
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (Java, Python etc.)
  • Pipeline Technologies (CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
