About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling, analyzing, and managing accounting records, including cash receipts, registry funds, and deposit funds. They will also manage subsidiary ledgers for allotments and other fiscal records.

In addition, the Financial Operations Specialist will issue warrants, assess fees as appropriate, interpret judges' orders, verify documents for legal sufficiency, and process legal documents according to judges' orders, policies, procedures, and state statutes.

Other key responsibilities include preparing the courtroom for session, entering judicial directives into the court case management system, reviewing case documents, and providing assistance to ancillary personnel to ensure compliance with Judge's directives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
