Domestic Relations Management Attorney

Job Announcement:
Southern Arizona Legal Aid, Inc. is seeking a Managing Attorney to oversee its Domestic Relations/Immigration Units in Tucson. The ideal candidate will provide legal services to victims of domestic violence and applicants for legal immigration under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).
Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff in the Domestic Relations/Immigration Units, including law students/volunteers.
- Oversee daily operations of the units.
- Participate in grant reporting.
- Develop relationships between the agency and other community resources.
Requirements:
- At least five years of legal experience and a member of the Arizona Bar.
- Ability to work with low-income and community groups.
- Knowledge of general civil practice, family law, and/or immigration experience.
Benefits:
- Salary $50,050 - $86,962 DOE.
- Additional $10,000 Management Premium.
- Up to five percent additional compensation for Spanish fluency.
- Payment of bar exam and admission fees.
- Student loan repayment assistance.
- PSLF eligibility.
