Water Resources Engineering Internship

Dewberry is seeking talented individuals to join our team as Water Resources Engineering Interns for Summer 2025. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hydrology, hydraulics, and stormwater management, while developing technical skills and collaborating with experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of hydrology and hydraulics projects, including stormwater master plans and mitigation planning.
  • Contribute to surface water assessment and stormwater quality initiatives.
  • Work on asset management projects to support federal, state, and local clients in Georgia.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with ArcGIS and AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Knowledge of hydrology and open channel hydraulics is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic MS Office software.
