As a vital member of our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facility, your role will encompass a variety of essential tasks.
Floor Care Technician:
Floor Maintenance Duties:
Performing sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, and disinfecting of floors.
Setting up appropriate safety signage prior to commencing floor cleaning tasks.
Carpet Care Responsibilities: Vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting carpets. Cleaning walls and ceilings through washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, and deodorizing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience with floor and carpet cleaning equipment is essential
Strong customer service orientation
Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is preferred
