Position Summary

  • Provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support within the Tax department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafts and generates business communications, reports, and related documentation, while overseeing the contributions of other team members.
  • Reviews and authorizes documents as necessary.
  • Proofreads and refines materials prepared by colleagues.
  • Maintains confidentiality and regulates access to sensitive data, including employee records.
  • Addresses inquiries and requests for information that necessitate an understanding of departmental and organizational policies.
  • Acts as a resource for team members regarding departmental and organizational procedures.
  • Handles administrative tasks related to scheduling and organizing meetings and events.
  • Coordinates with service providers, prepares meeting agendas, compiles and organizes relevant information, and supervises the distribution of associated materials.
  • Manages daily office functions.
  • Organizes, assigns, and prioritizes tasks by establishing appropriate deadlines.
