As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in expanding our telecommunications campaign, providing local communities with accessible and affordable communication tools.

Your primary objective will be to qualify and enroll potential prospects, assisting them through the sign-up process. You will communicate directly with local community members, qualify them for available products, and explain the value and impact these products can have.

Responsibilities:

* Engage prospective enrollees in the local community, educate them about our client, and assist them through the qualification and sign-up process
* Qualify potential customers to determine their eligibility for specialized products
* Drive a high level of self-generated lead activity to create a referral pipeline
* Collaborate with fellow Community Outreach Representatives and the customer service team to learn best practices and develop streamlined outreach and marketing methods
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sign-up process, as well as continuing to offer support even after enrolled in the program
* Actively contribute to a positive, engaging work environment by collaborating and maintaining professional, friendly relationships across all teams and departments

Qualifications:

* Associate's degree in business, communications, or marketing is highly preferred, but not necessary depending on prior experience
* At least 1-2 years of customer service, sales, community involvement, or any other applicable experience
* High level of emotional intelligence and superior communication skills
* Professional, reliable, and genuine demeanor with a proven track record of building effective relationships with community members, co-workers, and clients
* Entrepreneurial-minded with a high level of motivation and desire for growth
* Highly attentive, excellent listener, and exceptional organizational and time management skills
