We are seeking a highly analytical and organized Product Manager to own the end-to-end Book Deals experience across Kindle and Print formats. This role will join a team of Product Managers, Program Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Marketers to help customers find their next great read at a great price and drive long-term engagement with Amazon.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with cross-functional partners, worldwide teams, and leadership to craft the vision for the Deals product, drive yearly planning and prioritization, and execute against the product roadmap.
- Be an advocate for Books in Amazon Retail forums and help form a culture that constantly iterates, simplifies, automates, and removes inefficiencies.
- Design and implement new processes to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience as a product manager or owner.
- Experience owning technology products.
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
