About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and organized Product Manager to own the end-to-end Book Deals experience across Kindle and Print formats. This role will join a team of Product Managers, Program Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Marketers to help customers find their next great read at a great price and drive long-term engagement with Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners, worldwide teams, and leadership to craft the vision for the Deals product, drive yearly planning and prioritization, and execute against the product roadmap.
  • Be an advocate for Books in Amazon Retail forums and help form a culture that constantly iterates, simplifies, automates, and removes inefficiencies.
  • Design and implement new processes to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner.
  • Experience owning technology products.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
