We are in search of a committed and skilled Communication Specialist in Speech Therapy to assist individuals in enhancing their verbal communication abilities and addressing speech-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify the specific nature and severity of clients' speech and language issues.
  • Design and execute tailored therapy programs based on evaluation results.
  • Engage with clients to enhance their articulation, fluency, vocal quality, and overall language proficiency.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions for both individuals and groups aimed at improving communication.
  • Track client progress and modify therapy plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate holistic treatment strategies.
  • Educate clients and their families on methods to enhance communication skills.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of client progress and liaise with other healthcare professionals as required.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure to practice as a Speech Therapist.
  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in working with diverse age groups.
  • Strong analytical skills and innovative thinking.
  • Familiarity with contemporary industry practices and therapeutic techniques.
  • Experience in assisting individuals with various speech and language disorders.
