Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual speech-language pathology services to students in Washington. As a member of our team, you will work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support and address the communication and educational needs of students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services via online platforms, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) based on detailed assessments, tailored to meet each student's unique needs.
  • Conduct engaging therapy sessions using virtual tools and resources to enhance students' communication skills.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and support for students.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Washington SLP license (CCCs).
  • Active Washington teaching license preferred.
  • Fingerprints through OSPI.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders in a school setting.
  • Experience providing virtual therapy services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable computer and fast internet speed.
