Position Information
The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing total comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families through the implementation of a plan of care. This plan is based on the patient's developmental and healthcare needs, identified through assessment and physician orders. The Clinical Nurse understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values, and management of patient care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and Evaluate Patient Care Plans - Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams - Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide Education and Support - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
- Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives - Contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
- Education - Diploma in Nursing or Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
- Licensure - Registered Nurse licensure required.
- Experience - No experience required.
Work Schedule
- Shift - 7pm-7am.
- Weekends - Every other weekend.
- Call - As scheduled.
