We are a leading consumer product management firm in New Jersey, dedicated to helping our clients execute their new goals.
Our team is passionate about fostering long-lasting relationships between clients and their consumers, and we're looking for a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with our senior-level executives and gain extensive knowledge on how to effectively represent our clients.
You will also collaborate with our finest team members across departments like Client Relations, Customer Service, and Sales.
This role requires a true passion for fostering positive client relations and creating value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure every customer has a positive experience.
- Utilize product knowledge to educate potential customers on our client's products, services, and sales promotions.
- Apply market research and competitive pricing to upsell our client's products and services when it benefits the customer's needs.
- Identify potential client services concerns and facilitate proactive intervention steps.
- Ensure accurate records of customer contact information, billing address, installation date, and preferred sales package before submitting to our Sales team.
- Gain a deep understanding of our client's campaign goals, current promotions, new expansions, and sales targets by attending all conference calls and participating in on-site training sessions.
- Collaborate with fellow Customer Service and Sales teams to establish and achieve daily sales goals.

- Self-driven, motivated, and eager to train with our senior-level Client Service Trainees to develop stronger relationship-building skills with our clients.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or comparable certification required.
- Certification in customer relations, customer service, or a similar field recommended.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, or other related field preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience working in Client Services, Client Relations, Customer Service, and Sales preferred.
- Flexible schedule and reliable transportation to meet directly with clients.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
