Core Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to user inquiries and track outstanding requests.
  • Generate and distribute scheduled reports consistently.

  • Assist senior analysts with application releases, system upkeep, and maintenance tasks.
  • Carry out additional assigned responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years in a healthcare finance setting with a background in information systems. Proficiency in managing extensive databases is essential.
  • Tools/Equipment: Familiarity with various software applications and database systems, calculator, multi-line phone, and fax/copy machine.
  • Specialized Skills:
    • Understanding of financial systems and business applications, particularly Siemens MS4 and/or Cerner.
    • Capability to diagnose root causes to improve processes.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in high-pressure situations.
    • Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
    • Proficient in executing queries and managing special projects.
