Core Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to user inquiries and track outstanding requests.
- Generate and distribute scheduled reports consistently.
- Develop and sustain a user knowledge repository through comprehensive documentation and training sessions.
- Assist senior analysts with application releases, system upkeep, and maintenance tasks.
- Carry out additional assigned responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
