Key Responsibilities- Health and Wellness Oversight: Supervise and coordinate all health and wellness services provided to residents, including personal care, medication management, and health assessments.
- Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the health and wellness of residents, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communication: Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident health status, care plans, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Education: High School Diploma required; Licensed or Registered Nurse preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as an LPN or RN; 1+ year of nursing management experience preferred.
