Key Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and distribute timely and effective stakeholder notifications, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
  • Incident Management: Triage and manage security incidents and events, working closely with the Operations Manager to identify process improvements and optimize response strategies.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs, including tabletop exercises and drills, to ensure continuous learning and improvement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on service statistics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal and external teams, promoting effective communication and collaboration to drive business outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of overall work experience, with a strong background in emergency management and crisis response.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated conflict resolution skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information:

Sibylline Americas is committed to equal opportunity and diversity in the workplace. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, negotiable for the right candidate. The successful candidate will be invited to complete a writing assessment test and a final panel interview with presentation.
