Job Title: Embedded Emergency Relief Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Embedded Emergency Relief Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Sibylline Americas. This role will be responsible for monitoring major incidents, facilitating incident/crisis management team support, and ensuring timely delivery of services and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and distribute stakeholder notifications
  • Triage and manage security incidents and events
  • Work with the Operations Manager to identify process and quality improvements
  • Represent the GSOC in incident response meetings with stakeholders
  • Facilitate tabletop and drill exercises
  • Receive information from outgoing shifts to identify ongoing events and open action items
  • Create effective oncoming shift briefings and allocate tasks and assignments
  • Develop and implement preparedness and recovery training
  • Provide back-up support and on-call functions
  • Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of overall work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution skills
  • Experience conducting research and analysis
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
