Full-Time School-Based RBT Role: 8am to 3pm, Monday to Friday

Understanding ABA Therapy:
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a well-established method for enhancing behavior through behavioral principles. ABA therapy is designed to develop essential skills and improve the overall quality of life for individuals with autism and other developmental challenges.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver ABA interventions to clients in a school-based environment.
- Gather, document, and evaluate data on client progress, preparing reports under the guidance of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
- Provide feedback to parents and guardians while communicating their insights to your BCBA.
- Implement and adjust individualized ABA therapy plans.
- Collaborate effectively with your BCBA to enhance therapy outcomes.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, accept constructive feedback, and seek clarification when needed.
- Work independently or as part of a team, depending on program requirements.
- Possess reliable transportation for commuting to the school-based location (client transport is not required).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- RBT certification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an RBT is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to the physical demands of the position.
- Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification, AZ fingerprint card, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
