Job Title: Korean Bilingual HR Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Korean Bilingual HR Manager to join our team at TOP Group - Japanese Recruiting Agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The Korean Bilingual HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily workflow of the HR department, managing HR staff, and implementing policies and procedures to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs. The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, as well as experience with ADP or other HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the administration of human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits, and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English and Korean (Speak, Read, and Write)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with ADP or other HRIS systems
  • At least 3 years of Human Resource Management experience
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
