Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily activities of DRG Clinical Auditors
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of DRG audits
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality clinical reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex clinical review issues
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in ICD-10-CM, PCS, and DRG coding guidelines
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in inpatient/DRG auditing
  • CCS or CIC certification with DRG auditing experience
  • Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, PCS, and DRG coding guidelines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
